Refund and Cancellation Policy for Remotivate Community

Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as a subscriber.


 

Subscription Terms

  • By subscribing to the Remotivate Community, you agree to our subscription terms, which include automatic renewal of your subscription unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
  • Subscriptions are available on a monthly or quarterly basis and provide continuous access to all community features, including exclusive resources, events, and discussions.
 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Process: Subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time. To cancel:
    • Use the “Manage Subscription” link provided in your subscription receipt.
    • Alternatively, contact our support team at hello@remotivatecommunity.com for assistance.
  • Timing of Cancellation:
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
    • If you cancel after the renewal date, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.
 

Refund Policy

  • Non-Refundable Fees:
    • Subscription charges are non-refundable once the subscription period has started.
    • This policy applies to both initial subscriptions and renewals.
  • Exceptions: Refunds may only be issued in the following situations:
    • Duplicate charges due to a system error.
    • Inability to access the community due to technical issues on our end, lasting more than 72 hours.
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date via email to hello@remotivatecommunity.com.
  • Denied Refund Requests: Refunds will not be issued for:
    • Unused access during the subscription period.
    • Forgetting to cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
    • Dissatisfaction with the community experience after accessing the resources.
 

Automatic Renewal Policy

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted access to the community.
  • Renewal charges are processed using the payment method on file. Subscribers are notified via email about upcoming renewals at least 7 days in advance.
