Remotivate Family — Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscription Terms

By subscribing to Remotivate Family, you agree that your plan auto-renews each month unless canceled before the renewal date. Subscriptions provide continuous access to all community features, including exclusive resources, events, and discussions.


7-Day Free Trial

  • Length & access: New subscribers receive 7 calendar days of full access at no charge.
  • Payment method: A valid payment method may be collected at checkout to enable uninterrupted service after the trial.
  • Automatic start of paid plan: On day 8, your subscription starts automatically and the first monthly charge for the next 30 days is processed using the payment method on file.
  • Cancel during trial: You may cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. Access continues through the end of the 7-day trial.
  • No refunds after trial conversion: The first payment after the trial and all subsequent billing periods are non-refundable.
  • Eligibility: Free trial is intended for new customers; one trial per customer/organization. We may deny or revoke trial access in cases of abuse or misuse.


Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at any time.

How to cancel:

  • Use the “Manage Subscription” link in your receipt (customer portal), or
  • Email [email protected]
    for assistance.

Timing:

  • To avoid charges, cancel at least 24 hours before either
    • the trial end (to avoid the first paid month), or
    • the monthly renewal date (to avoid the next billing cycle).
  • If you cancel after the renewal date, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made. We do not prorate partial months.


Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Fees

  • Subscription charges are non-refundable once a paid period has begun.
  • This applies to both initial charges after a trial and subsequent renewals.

Exceptions (case-by-case)

  • Duplicate charges caused by a system error.
  • Service outages on our side that prevent access for more than 72 consecutive hours.

Denied Refunds (examples):

  • Unused access during an active period.
  • Forgetting to cancel before the trial ends or renewal date.
  • General dissatisfaction after accessing resources/events.


Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle to ensure uninterrupted access. Renewal charges are processed to the payment method on file. (Where enabled, subscribers may receive email reminders about upcoming renewals.)
