How It Works
Step 1 – Send a link of any open position from RemotivateJobs.com website to your friend.
Step 2 – Your friend completes their application and mentions your email (referral).
Step 3 – He/she gets hired through Remotivate.
Step 4 – You get a $200 referral bonus!
Each referral bonus will be paid out as soon as all the “i’s” are dotted and “t’s” are crossed with our hiring process (translation: within 1-2 months.)

How do I participate in the Remotivate Referral Program?
It's easy! Simply send a link of any open position from RemotivateJobs.com website to your friend. Once they complete their application and mention your email as a referral, you'll be eligible for the referral bonus.
How much is the referral bonus?
The referral bonus is $200 for each successful referral.
When will I receive my referral bonus?
We'll pay out your referral bonus as soon as all the necessary steps are completed in our hiring process, which typically takes 1-2 months.
Are there any limits to how many referrals I can make?
No, there are no limits to the number of referrals you can make. We appreciate all referrals and will pay out the referral bonus for each successful referral.
Can I refer myself?
No, unfortunately, self-referrals are not eligible for the referral bonus. We encourage you to refer your friends and colleagues who would be a good fit for our remote roles.
What if my referral is not hired?
No worries! If your referral is not hired, you will not be eligible for the referral bonus. However, we appreciate all referrals and encourage you to continue referring your friends and colleagues to our open positions.
